Gestern fand unser Volo Kick-Off Event statt 🥂   Es war uns eine Freude, sowohl mit langjährigen als auch neuen Volos auf das 21. Zurich Film Festival anzustossen und das hervorragende Catering der Stiftung St. Jakob zu geniessen. Damit unsere Volos auch dieses Jahr gut vorberietet in ihre Einsätze starten können, erhielten sie am Kick-Off die wichtigsten Infos rund ums ZFF. 🌟 Big news! We will celebrate the opening of #ZFF2025 with Dakota Johnson.   The accomplished American actress and producer will present her new film SPLITSVILLE, in which she not only stars but also serves as producer. We are also delighted to honor her with a Golden Eye Award during our opening night and look forward to gaining insights into her work during a ZFF Masters conversation. 🎬🌹 Ein Abend im Zeichen von Film und Kultur: Beim diesjährigen ZFF Donors «Bring a Friend»-Apéro durften wir neue Gesichter willkommen heissen, bestehende Freundschaften vertiefen und unser Netzwerk stärken – genau das, was unseren Donors Verein so besonders macht.   Nach der Begrüssung durch den Vorstand ging es weiter mit einem Flying Dinner im 25hours Hotel, bevor der Abend im Kino Frame seinen Höhepunkt fand: die exklusive Vorpremiere von THE ROSES mit Benedict Cumberbatch, der am diesjährigen ZFF mit dem Golden Eye Award geehrt wird.   Dieser Abend hat gezeigt, was den ZFF Donors Verein prägt: Leidenschaft für Film, Freude am Austausch und das gemeinsame Erleben einzigartiger Momente. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die den Abend so besonders gemacht haben. Wir freuen uns darauf, auch künftig neue Mitglieder begrüssen zu dürfen. ✨ Big news! James McAvoy will be attending #ZFF2025. As our special guest and headliner of the #Sounds section, he will be personally present for the European premiere of his directorial debut, CALIFORNIA SCHEMIN’. It is the first time, a film will be shown during the award night at the Opernhaus Zürich. On top of that, a ZFF Masters talk will offer the opportunity to gain insight into James McAvoy’s work.
